Rental conditions

Below are the rental conditions that Yippo Stockholm AB has.

1. Applicability
   1. These general rental conditions must be applied to the rental of equipment and products as well as suits, balloon arches and machines. Changes to the terms require written form.
2. Delivered and return of the rental object
   1. The leased object must be handed over and, at the lessee's responsibility and expense, returned to the lessor's shop on ring road 131. The leased object is handed over and the risk for this passes to the lessee when the lessee has received the leased object. The rental object is returned when the return slip has been issued by the lessor and endorsed.
   2. Upon handing over, the rental object must be in operable condition, and be equipped with the required protection and safety devices.
   3. The lessor must, upon request, provide instructions for handling and for the supervision and care of the rental object.
   4. Remarks against rental objects or instructions must, in order to be enforced, be notified in writing to the lessor within two days of the rental object being handed over.
   5. Upon return, the rental object must be well cleaned and in good condition, taking into account normal wear and tear. Otherwise, the lessor is entitled to undertake the necessary cleaning and repair at the lessee's expense.
   6. The lessor is responsible for mandatory inspections of the rental object. However, the lessee must arrange and pay for any assembly inspections at the workplace. The lessor has the right, after notification, to carry out a mandatory inspection of the rental object at the workplace during normal working hours.
3. Use
   1. The rental object may only be used for such tasks and under such working conditions for which it is intended.
   2. The rental object may not, without special permission from the lessor, be moved to a different workplace than agreed or used by someone other than the lessee.
   3. The lessee shall be responsible for supervision and maintenance of the rental object.
   4. Interventions that change the design or function of the machine or equipment may not be carried out by the Lessee without the Lessor's consent.
4. Rental period
   1. The rental period is counted from and including the day the rental object according to the parties' agreement is kept available for collection up to and including the day the rental object is returned according to 2.1, but at least until the agreed return time.
5. Replacement
   1. Basic rent is charged for the rental object at each rental occasion according to the lessor's price list.
   2. Agreed daily rent is the rental price per rental object and day. For part of a day, rent is charged as for 2 full days. If the equipment is used for more than one work shift of 8 hours, a shift supplement is charged according to the lessor's rental price list at 30 percent per day. However, for all rental objects, rent is charged during the holiday period and other corresponding leave unless otherwise agreed.
   3. Accessories are billed separately, as are costs for prescribed cleaning.
   4. Agreed rents are exclusive of value added tax.
   5. The invoice must be paid within the specified time. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee + late payment interest is payable according to the applicable interest law.
   6. The lessor has the right to request at the conclusion of the agreement that the lessee provide security corresponding to the number of daily rentals specified for each machine/equipment in the lessor's price list or other satisfactory security.
6. Responsibility
   1. The lessor is responsible for costs resulting from normal wear and tear.
   2. The lessee is responsible from the time he receives the rental object until the rental object is returned for loss of the rental object and for all damages that do not constitute normal wear and tear. Damage must be reported to the lessor for a decision on how the rental object is to be repaired. The rental object that is lost or damaged beyond repair must be replaced by the lessee with an amount corresponding to the replacement cost. In the event of theft, the tenant is responsible for making a police report.
   3. The lessee is responsible during the rental period for damage caused by the rental object to himself or a third party.
   4. The lessor is only liable for direct damage that arises as a result of the lessor's negligence. The lessor is therefore not responsible for damage that occurs as a result of delivery delays, standstills or interruptions to operations.
   5. During the rental period, the lessee must keep the rental object insured with insurance corresponding to the new acquisition cost.
   6. The lessor and the lessee must have customary liability insurance unless otherwise specifically agreed. The lessee is obliged to notify the lessor when ordering if the work involves handling goods of particularly high value, so that this can be protected by special insurance. Special additional insurance can be taken out through the lessor at the lessee's expense.
   7. Through the rental agreement, the lessee does not acquire any ownership rights to the object, nor any purchase option.
   8. The lessee may not mortgage, sell or in any other improper way dispose of the rental object. The lessee may also not assign or otherwise dispose of the rental agreement or the rental object in violation of the applicable general terms and conditions.
7. Heaving
   1. A party has the right to cancel the agreement in the event that the other party is guilty of a breach of contract and does not take corrective action within three days after being reminded thereof. In the event of termination due to the lessee's breach of contract, the lessor has the right to immediately repossess the rental object at the lessee's expense and demand damages from the lessee.
   2. However, the parties may not claim breach of contract against each other if the performance of the agreement is prevented as a result of circumstances beyond the parties' control, such as war, authority decisions or other conditions not caused by the party which significantly affect the performance of the agreement and which the party could not have foreseen or whose adverse impact he could not reasonably have remove. If the obstacle persists for more than two weeks, however, each party has the right to cancel the agreement with immediate effect.
   3. If the lessee suspends his payments, goes bankrupt or starts composition negotiations, the lessor. entitled to cancel the agreement with immediate effect and repossess the rental object at the lessee's expense.
8. Dispute
   1. Disputes due to the agreement must be settled according to Swedish law and by a general court in case the parties do not agree on arbitration.
