Lottery with 100 rolled tickets numbered 1 to 100. When the buyer removes his ticket using the perforation, the innermost part remains and acts as a drawing ticket. This has the same number that the lot buyer took off.
When the tickets are distributed, the promoter simply draws numbers from the remaining tickets and the buyer whose ticket number matches the remaining drawing ticket wins. Of course, the organizer can choose how they want to set up their lottery with the number of draws, winnings, etc.
